Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or MBA in Marketing.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and manage all database marketing programs. Build out programs in Marketo to enable marketing efforts
∎ Work with teams to build functional campaigns through email, marketing automation, CRM and other marketing systems
∎ Define and manage the customization of our Marketo marketing automation platform including business rules, scoring, multi-touch nurture, profiling, segmentation, workflows and reporting
∎ Manage all email campaigns end-to-end, including planning, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting and optimization
∎ Build testing frameworks (split testing, deliverability and tracking) for continuous optimization of click-through and conversion rates
∎ Schedule and maintain communication calendar
∎ Stay current with best practices, limitations, strategies, and industry standards related to database marketing
∎ Maintain expert opinion on relevant email related legislation (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL), through partnership with internal compliance experts, solution providers and independent research
∎ Create reporting dashboards and custom reports analyzing campaign performance in order to provide actionable insights and bring forward ideas for continuous improvements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ At least 6 months of experience with MarTech tools including: Marketo, Salesforce, Hubspot or Eloqua (Oracle). Certain coding knowledge of HTML. Foundation is key but in-depth training will also be provided.
∎ Honest and sincere. Good at team work.
