∎ Bachelor's in Marketing or similar.
∎ Having an MBA will be an advantage.

∎ A minimum 5 years of professional experience.
∎ Proven experience as a Marketing Planner or in a similar role.
∎ Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, social media advertising, email marketing, and website marketing.
∎ Excellent market research and analytical skills.
∎ Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing plans.
∎ Exceptional content creation and communication skills.
∎ Strong organizational and project management skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Experience in apparel industry will be an added advantage.
∎ High level of reading and writing skills in English
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans encompassing Google Ads, social media advertising, catalogue marketing, email marketing, and website-based marketing. Create a detailed marketing calendar outlining all planned activities.
∎ Market & Product Research: Conduct thorough market research and product analysis to identify opportunities, assess product performance, and recommend strategies for product development and portfolio optimization. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing decisions. Present findings and recommendations to the Director.
∎ Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content for our website, social media platforms, marketing materials, and other relevant channels. Ensure content is aligned with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
∎ Collaboration & Communication: Liaise effectively with the ad campaign manager to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans. Communicate clearly and proactively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
∎ Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven recommendations to optimize ROI.
