Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote real estate projects, focusing on land-sharing and flats with land ownership.
∎ To generate leads and improve brand visibility, plan and execute digital campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
∎ Create promotional materials such as brochures, advertisements, and website content to showcase properties effectively.
∎ Organize open houses, property expos, and client engagement events to attract potential buyers.
∎ Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitor offerings, and real estate trends .
∎ Build relationships with influencers and local partners to expand the brand’s reach and reputation.
∎ Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies for better ROI.
∎ Identify and qualify potential customers through networking, referrals, and inquiries.
∎ Present properties to clients, highlighting the benefits of land-sharing and ownership advantages.
∎ Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets .
∎ Maintain a database of leads and client interactions using CRM tools for follow-ups and retention.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns. Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and long-term relationships.
∎ Stay updated on real estate regulations, market conditions, and competitors.
∎ Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management to assess performance and strategize.
