Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for the metal buttons product.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
∎ Manage and grow existing client accounts through regular communication, relationship building, and high-quality service.
∎ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
∎ Collaborate with the design and production teams to meet customer specifications and timelines.
∎ Lead and mentor the sales team to meet performance objectives and professional growth goals.
∎ Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
∎ Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
∎ Maintain a strong understanding of pricing, cost structures, and margins.
∎ Work closely with logistics and production to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
∎ Maximize sales, growth, and market penetration.
