∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Experience with A/B testing of creatives and hypotheses.
∎ Knowledge of formats and requirements for ad creatives (video, images, carousels).
∎ High level of independence in problem solving
∎ High level of responsibility for the result
∎ Ability to keep reporting without reminders, understanding the importance of timely reporting in remote work.
∎ Elementary knowledge of Google spreadsheets
∎ Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
∎ Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment and adapt quickly to change.
∎ Knowledge and understanding of the marketplace:
∎ Knowledge of trends and best practices in SMM and digital advertising.
∎ Understanding of the Facebook platform's target audience and effective ways to engage with them.
∎ Experience in highly competitive niches (e-commerce, finance, services).
∎ Experience setting up mobile ads, including app installs.
∎ Copywriting skills to develop ad texts.
∎ Knowledge of several languages will be an advantage if the work is related to the international market.
∎ Experience in managing campaign budgets of $10,000 per month and above.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Setting up and managing advertising campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager. Practical understanding of Facebook Ads algorithms and mechanics.
∎ Working with Facebook tools (Ads Manager, Business Manager, Pixel, Conversion API).
∎ Optimizing ad campaigns for different goals: traffic, lead generation, conversions, sales.
∎ Creating and testing lookalike and retargeting audiences.
∎ Working with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Firebase).
∎ Ability to analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
∎ Working with large data sets to analyze campaign performance.
