Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Metallurgy / Material Science Engineering from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To perform all types of salt spray test (Continuous NSS, Cyclic NSS, ASS, CASS & SWAAT)
∎ Market failure analysis of sheet metal, glass, tube, brazing/welding joint, evaporator, condenser, vacuum metallization/powder/metal coated parts.
∎ Quality assurance and reliability testing of sticker, poly, logo and its SOP/Protocol development.
∎ Verification and reliability testing of cycle parts e.g., condenser, evaporator, roll bond evaporator etc. as well as its SOP/Protocol preparation.
∎ Quality assurance of sheet metal and other metallic parts e.g., side panel, back panel, door sheet, under sheet, inner sheet, fasteners, hinge, tube etc.
∎ Reliability testing & technical support of printed glass door, insulating glass door and float glass.
∎ Quality assurance and reliability testing of vacuum metallization/powder/metal coated parts.
∎ Material Managing (MS, SS, Al, Brass, Cu, Zn etc.) & Material standardization.
∎ Product testing & comparative analysis.
∎ BOM, Process Planning, SOP preparation, Cost Optimization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Experience in performing all types of salt spray test (SWAAT)
∎ Experience in verification and reliability testing of metallic parts
∎ SOP/Protocol preparation
∎ Quality assurance of sheet metal and other metallic parts
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Project
Salary: Negotiable
