Job Context:
∎ Implementation of WASH Services for the Rohingya Refugees Living in Camp in Cox’s Bazar District.
∎ The duration of the contract will be until December 31, 2023 and it may be extended.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and organize the project activity monitoring and documentation to ensure the necessary support for quality implementation of the project.
∎ Develop monthly, quarterly, and project completion report as per prescribed reporting template along with case studies, best practices.
∎ Responsible for developing relevant tools for process, input, and output monitoring of project activities.
∎ Monitor the progress of the project and recommend further measures for ensuring quality project implementation.
∎ Monitor the program activities and data collection, and compilation of data on a regular basis weekly/monthly/quarterly or as decided by the project management.
∎ Ensure different types of reports like Daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly & findings are communicated effectively through close collaboration with the project team.
∎ Skill development initiative for the Community Mobilizer (CM), Hygiene Promoter and volunteers to conduct WASH service monitoring through effectively engagement of the targeted communities.
∎ Assist the field staff as well as the Project Management sharing the field findings for improving the quality of the field activities.
∎ Monitor the quality of different types of events i.e meeting, training, orientation expenditure and submitted data from field.
∎ Perform other relevant duties as required for the project as well as the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years

∎ Presentation & Reporting Skill
∎ Able to communicate in the local language (Cox’s Bazar)
∎ Ability to work within a team.
∎ Attitude to work flexible hours if required.
∎ Medium in English (Written/verbal)
∎ Organizational capacity and activity planning
∎ Ability to analyses and synthesize.
∎ Computer skills, KoBo operation
