Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in any discipline preferably in Social Sciences, Statistics, or equivalent with combination of qualifications and practical experience in relevant field.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Officer-MEAL will be responsible for the overall Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) activities within the framework of Championing Play project maintain Save the Children MEAL standard.
∎ S/he will be based at Project Office with overall responsibility to coordinate all MEAL activities with field level and produce different types of reports through technical guidance of Sponsorship funded Championing Play MEAL team.
∎ S/he should extend effective support for facilitating and conducting MEAL activities of the project.
∎ S/he will be hold accountable to provide support to smooth implementation of ICT based MEAL system of Championing Play project.
∎ S/he will also be responsible for ensuring quality monitoring data and information through regular meetings and communication with all level staff.
∎ The position is accountable for hard and soft data management and preservation ensuring accuracy and timely presentation.
∎ S/he will be responsible for ensuring the accountability mechanism following SCI Accountability Guideline.
∎ S/he will be reportable to Project Coordinator of Championing Play for strategic decisions in relation to project implementation in the impact area.
∎ Create evidence through capturing the leaning from day-to-day monitoring and different studies according to Save the Children learning framework.
∎ S/he will be responsible for ensuring the Quality Benchmark of the project
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5-year experience in similar position in development sector

∎ High proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word and Power Point is mandatory.
∎ Previous experience in project monitoring is mandatory.
∎ Previous experience in Management Information System (MIS) is desirable.
∎ Experience in SPSS/STATA, MS Access and data management software (e.g., ODK, KOBO Toolbox) is desirable.
∎ The incumbent should have good data management and analytical skill, ability to interpret data.
∎ Good communication skills both in English and Bengali.
Salary: Tk. 32632 (Monthly)
