Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oxfam is looking for MEAL Officer to deliver Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) support for Emergency Response programme of Oxfam in Bangladesh team for Rohingya Refugee Crisis as well as need basis support to the country humanitarian team in Bangladesh.
∎ MEAL Officer will assist to Sr. MEAL Officer to Contribute & Implement of Oxfam in Bangladesh's emergency response Project's MEAL framework and tools and support PNGO's as well as country humanitarian MEAL as well as supervise and guide to Senior MEAL Associate or field volunteer for the data collection and survey.

Additional Requirements:
∎ You will bring Minimum 3 years' experience on MEAL in the field of development, disaster management project, strong knowledge on Accountability/Feedback mechanism, understand local language (Cox's bazar),
∎ Strong knowledge on information management, data analysis, and report writing
∎ Advance level knowledge on MS word, MS XL, MS access, Survey CTO
∎ Good understanding of the country's humanitarian context, Core Humanitarian Standards, empowering and advocacy issues in Bangladesh
∎ Strong analytical skills and understanding of MEAL Framework, tools and indicator setting
∎ Evidence-based monitoring and evaluation frameworks and programmes, with emphasis on participatory and partnership-based MEAL approaches
∎ Fluency in both written and spoken English and good report-writing skills.
