Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s and/or Masters in Statistics/Development Studies/Anthropology/Sociology or relevant subject.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Ensuring access to safe, equitable, inclusive learning opportunities for adolescents and youth in camps and host communities creating a pathway towards sustainable solutions to self-reliance under the Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (BPRM) project.
∎ The overall goal of this program is to improve the protection, wellbeing and development of adolescents and youth of Rohingya and Host communities through integrated, safe, and accountable delivery of education, child protection, livelihoods, and skills development services.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To contribute to ensuring appropriate monitoring and evaluation of UCEP Bangladesh’s programmes in line with organizational vision, mission, values and goals.
∎ To contribute to developing and implement a Result Based Monitoring and Evaluation Framework, related MIS and other necessary tools considering UCEP Bangladesh’s Theory of Change.
∎ To contribute to ensuring the necessary alignment of UCEP Bangladesh’s organizational and programmatic documents (e.g., UCEP Strategies, Project Documents including Logical Framework, Project Proposals etc.) with UCEP Bangladesh’s Theory of Change and support management in this regard.
∎ To assist in orienting and developing capacity of relevant staff at central and regional level on UCEP Bangladesh’s Theory of Change and Result Based M&E Framework.
∎ To assist in introducing necessary technology-based tools for ensuring effective and efficient real time data driven M&E system and develop capacity of relevant staff in this regard.
∎ Ensure indicators are aligned to program activities and strategies and reasonable targets are set for the project to achieve.
∎ To contribute to develop and make functional the Trainee Tracking System (TTS) of UCEP Bangladesh.
∎ To contribute to develop systems for Big Data Management including acquisition, data analysis, data quality assessments and reporting for development of key organizational and programmatic documents (e.g. Annual Report, Monthly Monitoring Report, Budgets, Project Documents, Donor Reports, UCEP Bangladesh’s websites, social media, e-newsletter etc.).
∎ To continuously update regarding latest (national and international) developments in Tech-based solutions for M&E.
∎ To regularly monitor organizational development and programs results and share feedback to relevant staff at central and regional level for continuous improvement.
∎ To support maintaining necessary network at national and international level for Tech-based solutions for M&E.
∎ To regularly visit and monitor project area at Ukhia and Teknaf.
∎ To coordinate with other departments and project team for timely development of M&E reports and share feedback.
∎ To represent UCEP Bangladesh in different national and international forum under the guidance of supervisor.
∎ Promote and contribute to ongoing efforts towards gender equity & equality, child/staff protection & safeguard, inclusiveness, accessibility and discrimination free environment in the workplace and operations/activities/plans. In applicable cases, ensure that necessary budget allocation is there and in KPIs these issues are reflected regarding employees under supervision.
∎ To maintain strict confidentiality of information, documents and other internal and external communications.
∎ To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the UCEP authority as and when necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 4 years of relevant professional experience including at least 1 years in mid-level management role in M&E in a large organization.
∎ Excellent command of communication skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ Excellent computer operating skill & conversant with MS Office package, and trained in M&E related latest software and tools etc.
∎ Demonstrated experience in management of M&E system for a large organization, particularly using tech-based solutions.
∎ Self-motivated, adaptable and team player.
∎ Ability and willingness to travel frequently.
∎ Management has the right to make exceptions based on qualifications.

Salary:
∎ Gross Salary 50,000/- (Including all fringe benefits and allowances: PF, Gratuity and others) Income Tax or any other statutory deductions will be as per government rules and UCEP policies.
