Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on manufacturing machinery, including Washing machines, cutting machines, and pressing equipment. Quickly identify and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
∎ 2. Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to ensure the reliability and longevity of all equipment.
∎ 3. Work closely with production teams to ensure that all machines are operating at optimal performance, contributing to high-quality production
∎ 4. Maintain an inventory of spare parts and ensure their availability when needed for repair and replacement.
∎ 5. Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe working environment for all staff and visitors.
∎ 6. Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce machine downtime through engineering solutions.
∎ 7. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repair work, and spare parts usage for reporting and analysis.
∎ 8. Train and educate machine operators on best practices for equipment operation and maintenance.
∎
∎ 9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and management, to ensure the seamless functioning of the manufacturing process.
∎ Additional Duties: Carry out any other related assignments given by the top management when required for the interest of the organization.
