Job Context:
∎ • PULSE Bangladesh is implementing an emergency project titled `Emergency Primary Health Care for Mymanmar Refugees in Bangladesh` at Cox`s Bazar District (Ukiya and Teknaf) with support from Islamic Relief Worldwide are providing emergency medical services from Primary Health Care Center (PHC). In order to provide monitoring and hands-on support to service providers PULSE Bangladesh is looking for a technically sound Medical Officer for immediate appointment.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Medical Officer will be responsible for effective implementation of the Clinical services including day-to-day management and quality of services.
∎ • Establish standard service delivery protocols, prepare health operational strategies, help developing procedures for medical treatments, quality assurance, patient services, and public relations activities.
∎ • Support in the establishment of patient-friendly clinical, operational and facility services throughout the entire Health Facilities including coaching staff in problem solving and conflict resolutions.
∎ • Participate to health sector platforms and any relevant health coordination mechanisms
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 70000 - 90000 (Monthly)
