∎ MBBS with BMDC registration.

Job Context:
∎ Duration:Initially 06 months (high possibility for further extension)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to follow Organizational Vision and Mission
∎ Responsible to follow Organizational Gender, Child and Protection Policy
∎ Responsible to follow Organizational Safeguarding, Fraud & bribery Policy
∎ Responsible to follow Organizational Code of conduct regarding Older People (OP)
∎ Screening of new patients at AFS both camp and Host community
∎ Ensure dignity, safety and confidentiality of the patient
∎ Ensure WHO standard medicine for the project
∎ Ensure and maintain quality follow up of patients
∎ Ensure secondary and tertiary referral depending on patient's condition
∎ Identify severely ill and torture victim and disable Older People for tertiary referral
∎ Refer traumatized patients to Counselor for MHPSS at AFS
∎ Refer tortured patients to Physiotherapist for physiotherapeutic support at AFS
∎ Lead Outpost services in the community
∎ Ensure supportive supervision of whole health team
∎ Conduct training on different health related issues at AFS
∎ Ensure daily digital data entry and maintain patient's register
∎ Ensure daily EWARS and DGHS report
∎ Provide weekly situation report to Project Officer
∎ Perform other related duties as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year, Good academic result/Fresher are also encouraged to apply
∎ Capacity in team building and leadership
∎ Has analytical and problem solving skills
∎ Report writing and documentation skills
∎ Excellent in rapport building and networking
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skill both in English and Bangla
∎ Proficient in Computer Operations, MS Office Application including typing preferably in English and Bengali both E-mail & Internet.

Salary: Tk. 100000 (Monthly)
