Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc/ Diploma in Medical Technology
∎ Diploma in Lab Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determines normal and abnormal components of body fluids by conducting chemical
∎ analyses of blood, urine, spinal fluids, and gastric juices.
∎ Analyzes blood cells by counting and identifying cells, using microscopic techniques and
∎ procedures.
∎ Prepares blood, plasma, and platelets for transfusions by conducting blood group, type,
∎ and compatibility tests.
∎ Maintains laboratory supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level;
∎ anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt
∎ of supplies.
∎ Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and
∎ regulations.
∎ Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control and hazardous waste
∎ policies and protocols; following identification procedures.
∎ Maintains patient confidence and protects the hospital by keeping information
∎ confidential.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Monitoring subordinates work
∎ Communicate with patient and concerned physician in case of need
∎ Immediately taking necessary action about emergency report
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in Hospital/Diagnostic medical lab
∎ Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in similar position in medical/health care
∎ facilities
∎ Must have computer skills MS word, Bangla and English typing
∎ Candidate must speak clearly and with well manner
∎ Self-disciplined - able to lead, train and control a technical team.
∎ Associate degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory)
∎ Capable of prioritizing tasks to meet goals and ensure product quality
∎ Willing to meet on-call obligations as needed
∎ Ability to communicate effectively
∎ Must have smiling face!!
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ (Negotiable based on experience)
Salary increases 3 - 8% based on performance
