Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise air-conditioning (HVAC) and ventilation systems,
∎ Build strong customer relationships of as built HVAC solutions.
∎ Provide technical solutions as per the customer's requirements of all type of MEP work.
∎ works and ensure accuracy of bid costing of different type of MEP work.
∎ Responsible for proper record keeping and documentation.
∎ Follow-up actions on pending important issues.
∎ Maintain the inter-departmental communication.
∎ The M&E installations include HT substation and standby genset systems,
∎ Inspect the lightning protection, Electrical System, telephone and communication systems, computer networking system, CCTV and surveillance systems,
∎ Monitor the fire alarm protection systems, plumbing and sanitary systems,
∎ Supervise sprinkler and hose-reel system,
∎ Supervise the Installation of lift and substation.
∎ Capable of designing of MEP as built work
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 4 to 5 years' experience in relevant field.
∎ Must be familiar with chillers, air handling units, cooling towers and all HVAC equipment.
∎ Excellent verbal & written communications skills, fluent in English language.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
∎ Well organized, disciplined & hard working.
∎ Able to adapt new work strategy and meet deadlines.
Salary: Negotiable
