Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must have extensive experience of product development, costing, production tracking and execution, handling multiple brands at a time.
∎ Must be knowledgeable of garments construction and costing, specifically fabric type/properties, fabric printing, and surface applications.
∎ Should have excellent understanding of production process.
∎ Should have a passion for product development, an eye for styles/details/pp & other samples.
∎ Must be capable of handling buyers and suppliers independently in tremendous pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships and work as a team.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English.
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently.
∎ Ability to multitask and remain organized, meet deadlines.
∎ IT proficiency - advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart, and energetic.
∎ Should have mentality to work long time in the same organization.
