Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Applicant should have sound knowledge on the related Software & MS- Excel.
∎ Regular Interacting with the buyers directly for any clarifications, managing all samples & getting all required approvals within the target dates.
∎ Communication with factory people and related departments/sections for smooth operation.
∎ Coordinate with factory sample section to ensure proper sample design for buyers, send the sample on time and follow up any comments or acceptance of that sample from buyer side.
∎ Constantly guiding the sample with production teams keeping in mind the bulk production & the challenges during the bulk production - at the same time ensuring high quality, high efficiency & high productivity as well as customer satisfaction.
∎ Should have links with foreign reputed buyers and have the ability to get target export orders.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned Time and Action Plan on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ Must have the ability to understand current market trends. Must be creative and have a strong understanding of the products.
∎ To Follow up with planning/production/commercial team & ensure shipment move on time.
∎ Must be able to do costing, sourcing and consumption independently.
∎ Strong ability on Supply chain/Backward linkage management.
∎ Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to management on ongoing activities and issues.
∎ Monitor supplier performance, capability development, market analysis, risk management and optimizing total value chain
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in using Software in any reputed Garments will be given preference.
∎ Should have detail knowledge of Woven in terms of Costing, consumption, Pattern, Fabric, and everything related to it.
∎ Strong in sourcing, product development and price negotiation.
∎ Hardworking and able to work independently and able to meet deadlines.
∎ Good command of both spoken and written in English.
Salary: Negotiable
