Job Context:
∎ KAC Fashion Wear Ltd is a composite unit (Garments, Knitting, Dyeing, finishing, washing, printing, Acceories) of 100% cotton/100% polyester and Polly-cotton blended fabric. The factory has a production capacity of 50,000 pieces per day.
∎ The Dyeing and finishing units operate for approximately 296 days per year with two shifts per day. The garments unit operates 10 hours per day with in shift. Total number of workers in the premises is about 2000 of whom 1100 are women.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage customer account from order inquiry to shipment.
∎ Co-ordinate with production departments to ensure on time shipment and 100% quality approval.
∎ Work with fabric and accessory suppliers to ensure orders are done as per specifications.
∎ Follow up on Developments, Samples and Production with a high degree of personal responsibility.
∎ Independently make time and action plans.
∎ Produce reports to management and clients.
∎ Control and monitor production status as per customer satisfaction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
