∎ Age 26 to 33 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain compliance to all material handling equipment related safety advice and guidelines at DC.
∎ Ensure all created TOs are completed at earliest to maintain efficient outbound operation.
∎ Ensure efficient picking, replenish and put-away operation to support DC activities.
∎ Take measures to renew driving license before expiration.
∎ Complete an eye test/ all related medical test in annual basis and submit the report to DC management in timely manner.
∎ Carefully inspect MHE as first thing of the day (prior to work start) and record MHE checklist.
∎ Ensure all staff is following adequate safety precautions and requirements as guided by Company.
∎ Ensure proper housekeeping and cleaning is happening inside the DC and maintain neat and tidy environment.
∎ Participate for the training sessions and knowledge sharing programs organized by management.
∎ Maintain proper attendance to work and punctual on timelines.
∎ Keep proper communication with DC team and escalate any special matter/ issue to NBL or AIBL management appropriately.
∎ Follow good HR and Administration practices as guided by company.
∎ Explore opportunities to make MHE activities more effective on speed, safety, quality aspects and share the observations with management.
