Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform routine microbiological testing on samples including:    Standard Plate CountFaecal Coliform / E. coliVibrio choleraeSalmonella spp.Vibrio parahaemolyticusListeria monocytogenesStaphylococcus aureus
∎ Standard Plate Count
∎ Faecal Coliform / E. coli
∎ Vibrio cholerae
∎ Salmonella spp.
∎ Vibrio parahaemolyticus
∎ Listeria monocytogenes
∎ Staphylococcus aureus
∎ Conduct environmental monitoring of cleanrooms in accordance with ISO and EU standards.
∎ Record, analyze, and report microbiological results for raw materials, in-process items, finished products, personnel, and water samples.
∎ Prepare and dispatch samples for external microbiological identification when required.
∎ Receive, log, and track microbiological samples for internal testing.
∎ Perform cleaning, calibration, and maintenance of microbiology lab equipment.
∎ Provide technical support and microbiological insights to internal teams and external auditors or authorities.
∎ Maintain proper documentation, ensure traceability, and support audits or inspections.
∎ Assist in developing corrective and preventive actions based on microbiological findings.
∎ Carry out any other microbiology-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
