∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, Charts, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, etc.).
∎ Fast typing in both English and Bangla·
∎ Experience in Google Sheets and Excel.
∎ The ideal candidate must have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in MIS reporting and advanced Excel knowledge, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analytics.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect, manage, and analyze secondary sales, dealer stock, and depot-level data.
∎ Collaborate closely with the sales team to track, monitor, and report on performance metrics.
∎ Prepare and update various structured reports (daily, weekly, monthly) based on sales trends and market activities.
∎ Use advanced Excel formulas to handle large data.
∎ Generate customized reports as per management and departmental needs.
∎ Provide administrative and technical support for sales-related reporting and decision-making.
∎ Act as an effective team member in all data-driven and sales support activities.
∎ Execute additional responsibilities assigned by the senior management.
