∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Should have 5 years’ experience in the field of NGO development, monitoring, evaluation, reporting, communication and documentation process. Skill in report writing, case study and photography are essential. Applicant should have good computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Word, MS Excel and MS power Point. Excellent spoken and written English language skills and the capacity to produce quality reports.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ LAMB is a well-run major mission Hospital, Community Health Development, Training and Research organization. Services cover more than 6.3 million people in North West Bangladesh.
∎ There is a vacancy for the following contractual position for the Elimination of Genital Fistula by Capturing, Treating, Rehabilitating and Reintegrating in Bangladesh (FRRei) Project funded by UNFPA as follows;
∎ Job Summary: Monitoring and evaluation of the data quality of program activities. Provide and documentation materials including case studies, report, best practices, lessons learnt, newsletter and other advocacy materials as per project requirements. Maintain electronic documentation systems for the project at the implementation and organizational level. Assist in maintaining a strong liaison with the Government department, local media, and other project related stakeholders.
∎ JOB DUTIES
∎ Monitoring & Documentation
∎ • Conduct data analysis and necessary feedback on a regular basis, depending on project timelines, schedules and management needs
∎ • Coordinate with Project Manager, Deputy Project Manager, District Coordinator, Finance Coordinator, Counselor, Field Coordinator, Psychosocial Counselor ,Midwives, Community Health Workers, Program Assistant, Hospital Facilitators in conducting field visits to program sites for monitoring and tracking of project activities
∎ • Contribute to monthly, quarterly GPS online reporting, six monthly and annual reports to clients / donors
∎ • Participate in refining and tracking indicators and targets with staff
∎ • Develop & use kobo data collection procedure and tools
∎ • Develop and implement data quality assurance systems
∎ • Provide constructive feedback to management in aspect of field findings
∎ • Ensure that impact of the program and lesson learned were documented properly
∎ • Close contact with LAMB MIS-R for getting data and reporting in time
∎ Service Delivery
∎ • Develop quality documentation on processes, achievements, learning and challenges throughout the project implementation
∎ • Develop and coordinate printing of required IEC & BCC material
∎ • Produce case studies, best practices, field experiences, newsletter, e-bulletins and other advocacy materials
∎ • Maintain electronic documentation system of the project implementation at organization level
∎ • Assist to maintain liaison with the government departments in Upazila, district and Division levels to involve the relevant departments in the project activities
∎ • Assist and support project team in program implementation
∎ • Provide supports to PM, DPM, Finance Coordinator, District Coordinators, Counselors, Field Coordinator, Psychosocial Counselor, Midwives, Hospital Facilitator, Program Assistant ,Community Health Workers on monitoring of field activities

∎ Networking and Dissemination:
∎ • Attend coordination meetings, workshops, seminars at UHC, CS, DD-SS,DD-WCA and Division level as per project needs.
∎ • Support to take organize training /workshop meetings for Local Government and NGOs
∎ • Develop a better relationship and coordination with local administration and other NGOs
∎ • Assist project personnel to Develop good network among the like-minded NGOs and Journalists ( Printing and Electronic Media)
∎ Integration of spiritual, emotional and social health:
∎ • Ensure that prayer occurs before meetings, training and seminars
∎ • Be able to explain to anyone who asks LAMB motto and logo
∎ • Be example in implementing the project activities to the organizational mission, vision and values
∎ • Comply with LAMB policies and practices with respect to child protection, health and safety, equal opportunity and other relevant policies and procedures.
