∎ Masters preferably in Statistics

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Duration: 9 months (January 2020 to September 2020)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote and guide quality in the project delivery
∎ Identify critical gaps in project implementation through field visitation and data analysis
∎ Provide information to the project management for effective and efficient execution of the project activities.
∎ Ensure relevant and timely monitoring information is provided in user-friendly formats to key stakeholders, including beneficiary communities.
∎ Any other task/s assigned as emerged and required for the project and Organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1 year experience in the monitoring field at NGO level
∎ Capacity in leadership, data and gap analysis
∎ Capacity in Monitoring tool development
∎ Training conduction
∎ Good understanding of Rohingya camp context
∎ Has analytical and problem solving skills
∎ Report writing and documentation skills
∎ Excellent in rapport building and networking
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skill both in English and Bangla
∎ Proficient in Computer Operations, MS Office Application including typing preferably in English and Bengali both E-mail & Internet.

Salary:
∎ Consolidated 50,000/-
