Educational Requirements:
∎ Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) / Graduate or Equivalent degree

Job Context:
∎ Job scope:
∎ Operator’s capacity finding, bottleneck solution, line balancing, bar graph, changeover report etc. in the garments production floor.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operator’s Capacity findings and fixing the capacity
∎ Make a line graph based on Operator Cycle Time (OCT)
∎ Balance the line graph & tell the Capacity to the Operators
∎ Recheck bottleneck operator's capacity and balance bottleneck
∎ Check Capacity from all operator during layout & Inform to all operator
∎ Ensure capacity vs. production & set up sewing burst
∎ Production Study in the less production area, find out the root cause & solve it by the help of technologist
∎ Prepare production report

Additional Requirements:
∎ This job is for female candidate so only females are requested to apply
∎ May need to work beyond regular work hour.
∎ Candidate should be young & energetic and able/ willing to work hard under pressure
∎ Computer knowledge will get preference

Salary:
∎ Salary 9950 + Overtime
