Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA/Masters from a reputed University.
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile from any reputed UGC approved public/private University
∎ Should have a CGPA of a minimum of 3.00 in graduation.
∎ Freshers, ambitious and hardworking persons are highly encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Complete tasks provided by Team Leader/Manager.
∎ MTOs have to work for (03) months in the various sections of the production floor like cutting, sewing, finishing, Quality, IE, Planning, Store, Maintenance, HR, Accounts & Merchandising as well.
∎ Have to learn each and every dept. work process, rules & regulations and also have to give a presentation on that in every week.
∎ Identify process gaps and create plans to resolve and execute accordingly.
∎ Understand and implement operational, tactical and strategic plans of senior management.
∎ Assist management to enhance individual and team performance, service quality and employee motivation.
∎ Assists to design role wise Competency Mapping and organization-wide competency framework.
∎ Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
∎ Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
∎ Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
∎ Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Should have a "can-do attitude and be able to handle multiple tasks managing priorities.
∎ Having strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact and build relationships and work as a team.
∎ Having strong presentation and delivery skills to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection.
∎ Mentor through knowledge sharing and leading by example.
∎ Approach work with a positive and collaborative attitude.
∎ Encourage, support and promote continued learning for self.
∎ Must be effective in verbal and written communication skills in English
∎ Good Command in MS packages.
∎ Excellent math and computational ability.
∎ Effective communication skills.
∎ Priority of honest, disciplined and committed personality.
Salary:
∎ MTOs will get BDT 15000 as paid traineeship first (03) months, after successful completion of three (03) Months with evaluation MTO will be promoted to their respective dept, with BDT 20000.
