Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in implementing livestock health programs, including vaccination, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
∎ Monitor and evaluate animal health and welfare across farms and other agro-based facilities.
∎ Conduct research and stay updated on best practices in veterinary care and agro-based management.
∎ Collaborate with the production and farm management teams to optimize livestock productivity.
∎ Maintain accurate records of animal health, medical treatments, and farm performance metrics.
∎ Support the development of training materials and educate farm workers on animal health and management techniques.
∎ Analyze operational challenges and propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency and outcomes.
∎ Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives within the agro-based business structure.
