Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and oversee all local and regional sales operations, campaigns, and promotions.
∎ Recruit, train, and manage the performance of Sales Representatives across the country.
∎ Plan and execute sales strategies, including budget allocation, goal setting, and performance tracking.
∎ Analyze sales data and key metrics to drive business decisions and enhance performance.
∎ Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, dealers, and distributors.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and pricing strategies.
