∎ B.Sc./Diploma in EEE/ECE/CSE/ETE/ICT/IT/Telecommunication from any government approved university.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong knowledge of Internet protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, HTTP) and experience with network monitoring tools.
∎ Active Directory and Exchange Server knowledge is advantageous
∎ In-depth knowledge of physical layer technologies, as well as layer-2 and layer-3 networks.
∎ Knowledge of MPLS, OSPF, BGP, etc. will add an advantage.
∎ Familiarity with DNS, Proxy, DHCP, Web Servers, etc.
∎ Experience in configuring SSL/IPSec VPN
∎ Strong communication and teamwork skills
∎ Experience in Networking Organizations
∎ Industry certifications such as CompTIA Network+, and CCNA preferred
∎ Ability to work well in fast-paced, Flexible working hours, customer-centric environment with minimal supervision
∎ Experience Requirements:
∎ Candidates with at least 2 years of experience in ISP and telecommunication sectors are preferred. Fresh graduates with mentioned skillset are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Other Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide end-user technical support for software, hardware, and network issues.
∎ Design, install, and enforce system standards for networking environments.

∎ Assist in maintaining servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
∎ Manage support tickets efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and escalation.
∎ Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and configurations.
∎ Ensure compliance with company and industry network security and data protection standards.
