∎ Bachelor/Honors

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong knowledge of SIP protocol is preferable
∎ Clear understanding of IP networking, including OSI Layer, TCP/IP, IP sub-neeting, RTP, DNS and port addressing.
∎ Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and internet browsing.
∎ Ability to configure and maintain telecommunications/management platforms.
∎ Excellent decision-making ability is preferred.
∎ Highly collaborative and open to giving and receiving critical feedback.
∎ Highly motivated, reliable and hardworking
∎ Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English to converse with foreign clients.
∎ Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide online support to customers and vendors through various channels, including email, messenger, and phone.
∎ Handle the trouble ticket system efficiently.
∎ Troubleshoot real-time issues faced by customers and vendors.
∎ Collaborate effectively with a highly skilled team.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
