Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide health and medical service to employees.
∎ To provide first aid treatment to workers as and when required.
∎ Carryout proper physical examination of new workers during age verification.
∎ Awareness is to be provided to all first aiders.
∎ Maintain the accident register for any injury.
∎ Dressing to be provided to the injured employees
∎ Measure blood pressure, weight, Pulse, Temperature, and EDD of pregnant lady/ expected mother.
∎ Maintain pregnant workers' health checkup register as per doctor guidelines.
∎ Every day check all first aid boxes as per the item list to find out any short items and expired items available or not.
∎ To supervise medical centers properly and follow the guideline of compliance.
∎ Make sure hygienic environment of medical room.
∎ Conduct first aid and various training.
∎ Other tasks as and when given by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have excellent people management skills
∎ Should be willing to reside close to Factory
∎ Computer knowledge will be added as an advantage Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Salary: Negotiable
