Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall hospital services management and supervision of junior nurses and paramedics.
∎ Experienced in nursing management (roster formation, training and development of nurses, supervision, evaluation, etc.
∎ Communicating with upper management regarding Nurse Performance, staff issues and changes to treatment protocols.
∎ Remaining calm under pressure and be able to quickly and effectively delegate staff responsibilities during busy shifts or emergency situations.
∎ Monitors and coordinates the daily patient care activities of the unit; schedules staff and patients to ensure full coverage of patient care needs at all times and to ensure effective patient services.
∎ Leads, guides, and trains nurses performing related work.
∎ Assign available staff to specific patients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Dedicated towards patient services and proactive with positive patient friendly attitude.
∎ Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
∎ Should have experience working as Nurse In Charge in renewed Hospital.
