Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Reports to Supervisor
∎ Regular monitoring and visits to assigned government outdoor dispensaries.
∎ Provision of health education and counseling services.
∎ Conducting physical examinations, VIA, and other pertinent screenings.
∎ Serving as the focal person for International Patient Classification (IPC).
∎ Handling patient reporting responsibilities.
∎ Provide ESP services according to SHN/national standards and protocol.
∎ Prepare customers for clinical services.
∎ Provide care for postoperative customers.
∎ Insert IUD to the customers.
∎ Comply with MCP, TIAHRT, and Helms policy.
∎ Keep service records of all care provided and submit the report to the supervisor.
∎ Coordination and reporting to relevant health care authority.
