Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Proactively identify, target, and acquire new OEM partnerships to support the company’s ICT product and solution strategy.
∎ Develop sales pipelines and secure business leads from OEMs for joint go-to-market activities.
∎ Build, maintain, and strengthen strategic relationships with OEM stakeholders across technical, commercial, and executive levels.
∎ Serve as the primary point of contact for all OEM engagements and communications.
∎ Work closely with internal product and technical teams to align OEM offerings with the company's ICT solutions.
∎ Facilitate co-development and integration of OEM technologies into the company's product ecosystem.
∎ Lead negotiations on partnership terms, pricing, service levels, and licensing agreements.
∎ Ensure all OEM engagements adhere to corporate governance and compliance requirements.
∎ Collaborate with sales teams to create and deliver training, technical documentation, and sales materials related to OEM products.
∎ Support joint marketing campaigns, demos, and promotional activities.
∎ Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and new OEM technologies.
∎ Provide insights to guide strategic decision-making and product positioning.
