Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for arranging and overseeing all types of administrative tasks in the office including preparing Attendance
∎ Controlling correspondence, designing filing systems
∎ Ensuring a safe, secured, clean and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
∎ Ensure day to day smooth functioning of office operations and management.
∎ Perform general administration and logistic service for the organization.
∎ Providing logistic support to day to day administrative work.
∎ Arrange and organize refreshments for visitors and take lead in events hosted by the organization.
∎ Communicate with the relevant regulatory authorities for updating the regulatory compliances of the organization.
∎ Coordinate and direct work activities for admin staff
∎ Perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Assigning and monitoring clerical functions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
