Educational Requirements:
∎ At least HSC or equivalent.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry and deliver messages, letters, documents, and other materials internally and externally.
∎ Make photocopies printing scan support as requested.
∎ Provide support to field office to organized any event including training, meeting and workshop arranged by office/project
∎ Purchase snacks/food for meeting/workshop/seminar and when required
∎ Clean the toilet, basins, paper basket and confirm toilet paper, soap and towel in the toilet.
∎ Ensure drinking water and tea/coffee materials as required
∎ Work as messenger to bank, courier service and other offices as required
∎ Assist supervisor procuring stock as required. Purchase snacks for the meeting. Taking Care of Stock Materials & ensuring lock & key & safety security. Any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
∎ Provide timely supply of tea/coffee to the staff/meetings/visitors.
∎ Assist in loading and unloading materials as required
∎ Take care of garden and decoration plants as require
∎ Cleaning of the office spaces, floor, guest room, kitchen, tea corner equipment
∎ Maintain various supply and stock registers and support field colleagues as necessary materials. Maintain kitchen inventory and Intime inform to the supervisor
∎ Ensure necessary utility support including electric meter checkup, drinking water supply etc. and provide necessary information to the supervisor.
∎ Entry level computer literacy required.
∎ FTL, Sr. BDO, BDO, MF and Officer – Finance and Admin
∎ Always maintaining a good working relationship and coordination with supervisor, office colleagues, stakeholders, sharing and feedback loops, greeting donor, internal & external visitors, report to supervisor immediately in case of any uneven situation

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 02 (Two) years relevant work experience
∎ Knowledge on message/memo delivery and training/workshop logistics support services
∎ Memo delivery and Small logistics support
∎ Ability to operate Photocopy, Scan, Coffee machine, Microwave oven etc.
∎ Technical knowledge of using Kitchen Accessories, resolving Printer/ photocopier / Scanner Jam, fire extinguisher, projector, etc. Make photocopies and scans as required, performed as a messenger to bank & courier as required. Entry level computer literacy required.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
∎ Ability to work with various national and international team members and flexibility to adapt to different work conditions
∎ Has the capacity to be a self-starter, taking initiative and supporting attitude
∎ Pleasant, dynamic individual who understands local contexts and is able to establish rapport with local suppliers/ vendors and others clients.
∎ Ability to travel and undertake field work both in rural contexts and city/ town context
∎ Strong written and oral communication skills in Bangla moderately and more extended in English
