Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise, train, and motivate office assistants while balancing workload.
∎ Enforce stringent security protocols both inside and outside the office.
∎ Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic office environment.
∎ Treat all talents and guests with respect and hospitality.
∎ Manage real-time updates of office inventory.
∎ Efficiently manage phone calls and correspondence.
∎ Coordinate meetings and appointments for executives.
∎ Monitor office meals, grocery expenses, and kitchen activities.
∎ Update and maintain financial records including purchases, rents, and bills.
∎ Ensure adherence to office protocols and monitor compliance.
∎ Coordinate Company CSR initiatives across departments.
∎ Follow up on driver duties and conduct regular security checkups.
∎ Act as a liaison for seamless communication among departments.

Skills & Expertise:

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Depending on performance, a twice-yearly festival bonus (between 50% to 100% of gross pay) is given.
