Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Documentation and Record Keeping: Manage and maintain records, including export documents, contracts, invoices, and correspondence.
∎ Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
∎ Office Supplies Management: Ensure the availability of office supplies and equipment, managing inventory and procurement as needed.Operational Coordination
∎ Order Processing: Assist in the processing of export orders, coordinating with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
