Educational Requirements:
∎ Master Degree in relevant subject from reputed public university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
∎ Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
∎ Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
∎ Creating presentations and other management-level reports
∎ Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
∎ To lead the payroll team to prepare monthly salary, maternity benefit bills, death benefit bills etc.
∎ Carry out manpower planning to forecast future demand and supply.
∎ Work directly in the recruitment process of all categories of staffs with regard to preparing job descriptions, advertising, short listing candidates with rating, conducting interviews, drafting interview protocols, perform reference check etc.
∎ Must be very conversant on Labor Laws and HR policies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ From 7 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in relevant sector
∎ Both male and female candidates may apply.
∎ An IELTS score is mandatory.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Chartered Accountant
∎ Organized, flexible disposition.
∎ Outstanding interpersonal skills.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 - 80000 (Monthly)
∎ (Subject to open discussion and negotiation)
