Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Yousef Trading is hiring to service its Canadian partners Q4E Institute and Projonmo Foundation.
∎ JOB SUMMARY: Under general supervision of the President, the Office Manager will support all activities for two Canadian Not-for-Profit organizations.  The employee organizes, directs, and performs varied and complex clerical and secretarial work with confidentiality and sensitivity.  In performing duties, responsibilities and tasks, the individual utilizes independent judgment, initiative, tact, patience, and courtesy.
∎ A Non-Inclusive List of Duties:
∎ 1.       Support the management team with various administrative and secretarial tasks for two NPOs.
∎ 2.       Prepare various promotional materials for the organizations.
∎ 3.       Support the management, students, and other stakeholders with various IT requests.
∎ 4.       Schedule management and board meetings and maintain meeting minutes.
∎ 5.       Prepare and update various management reports in regular interval.
∎ 6.       Support all helpdesk activities via phone, email, chat and other medium.
∎ 7.       Prepare various communication materials.
∎ 8.       Follow up with teachers, students, and management on various tasks.
∎ 9.       Perform all other tasks assigned by the management.

∎ Educational Qualifications : A Masters degree in Business Administration or IT field from a renowned university with some training on graphic design applications.  All education credentials will be verified, and a candidate may be asked to demonstrate his or her skillset.
∎ Experience: A suitable candidate would need to have at least 2 years of experience of managing in a complex organization. Candidate must be experienced in delivering in tight timelines under stress during pick workload.
∎ Schedule: You will be working Bangladesh time 1 AM to 10 AM Tuesday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday 7 PM to 8 AM (You will not work more than 40 hours a week and your schedule will change time to time).
