Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
∎ Manage incoming calls and correspondence.
∎ Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
∎ Assist in office administrative tasks as assigned.
∎ Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries.
∎ Monitor and replenish office supplies.
∎ Perform errands outside the office premises as required.
∎ Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
∎ Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
∎ Requirements:
∎ High school diploma or equivalent.
∎ Proven experience as an office staff boy or similar role preferred.
∎ Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
∎ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
∎ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
∎ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
∎ Punctuality and reliability.
∎ Full-time position [09:00am-06:00pm]
∎ Office-based role with occasional errands outside the office premises.
