∎ Age 25 to 55 years
∎ RPL Certificate expertise is a MUST
∎ At least 3M-1 years of job experience in a similar role
∎ Fluent in spoken English
∎ Must be located close to Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka (preferably residing near the office location)
∎ Work-from-office only – No remote or work-from-home arrangements
∎ Must be available for a 2-year contract
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries regarding RPL services.
∎ Assist with the processing of RPL applications.
∎ Communicate clearly with clients in English (both written and spoken).
∎ Maintain and organize documentation and records.
∎ Other administrative tasks as required.
∎ Location: Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka 1216, Bangladesh
∎ Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Weekends off, except Sunday)
