∎ Oversees the operation of the Accessories Store Department in the garments factory.
∎ Candidates who have experience with logic software will be preferred.
∎ Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Excellent inventory management and Microsoft Office management, and e-mail communication.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and maintain an accurate received record, as well as the issue of all materials; inventory, and quality check per procedure.
∎ Maintain inventory control of the store by using modern inventory management software.
∎ Maintain buyer-specific trims and accessories and receive problems posting ERP logic software.
∎ To ensure on-time delivery of all trims from the store to production, the FIFO method must be used.
∎ To inform management and suppliers of any expired/spoiled items or any other kind of stock damage.
∎ A monthly style-specific closing and reconciliation report will be maintained.
∎ Prepare and establish store policies and SOPs and review within a particular time period.
∎ Maintain and receive store materials from local and foreign suppliers, as well as any other sources, in accordance with the LC/Purchase approval document.
∎ Conduct an audit to ensure that trims and accessories are kept in the same manner as software, physical stock, and bin cards.
∎ Ensure all receipts and deliveries of materials are properly recorded and documented properly.
∎ Properly maintain the 5S policy.
∎ ERP software that is constantly updated.
∎ Ensure good housekeeping, maintaining health & safety, including buyer compliance.
∎ Maintain close liaison with the Merchandising Department and cater to their requirement successfully.
∎ Ensure cleanliness & tidiness of the store area frequently.
