∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check daily expenditures, vouchers, requisitions, and daily transactions.
∎ Maintain all account books/registers, ledgers, etc.
∎ Enter all kinds of accounting adjustment transactions in ERP.
∎ Reconcile the transactions of Cash, Bank, Accounts Receivable & payable, etc.
∎ Disburse payments to different suppliers. Update record of all forms as necessary.
∎ Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly Financial reports and submit them to management.
∎ Monitor revenue performance and report on a monthly basis.
∎ To ensure proper and timely coordination with the Group Company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Sound knowledge about advance excel, ERP software, cash and fund management.
