Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance/Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reconciles general and bank accounts by gathering and balancing information
∎ Corrects errors by posting adjusting journal entries
∎ Maintains accounting controls by following policies and procedures
∎ Collecting and checking invoices and make payments
∎ Conduct bank deposit and withdrawn as required
∎ Handling accounts payble and receivable
∎ Resolving accounts to the general ledger
∎ Handling quaries related to accounts
∎ Close the books monthly on accrual basis
∎ Make sure all adjustment are updated in system
∎ Find out any adjustment from bank statement before closing the month
∎ Reconcile all bank accounts partially at every week
∎ Provide inventory department relavant data
∎ Provide reports to the concern person to prepare monthly management reports
∎ Secures financial information by completing database backups; keeping information confidential

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
