Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Green Ridge International School, located in Moghbazar, Dhaka, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting and a passion for working in an educational environment.
∎ Process student admissions for both Green Ridge School and After School Programs.
∎ Keep accurate records of all payments, issue vouchers, and maintain updated admission files.
∎ Attend to walk-in parents, answer inquiries via phone/email, and provide necessary admission information.
∎ Follow up regularly with interested parents to ensure smooth admission conversion.
∎ Collaborate with accounts/admin to ensure accurate fee tracking and reconciliation.
∎ Promote and market Holistic International School through digital and offline channels.
∎ Assist in organizing school events, education fairs, and parent orientation programs.
∎ Manage and maintain a database of inquiries, follow-ups, and successful enrollments.S
∎ upport social media activities by coordinating marketing content and updates.
