Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Schedule patient appointments and ensure proper coordination.
∎ Answer calls promptly, with a polite and professional demeanor.
∎ Collect and accurately enter demographic information (address, phone number, etc.).
∎ Review appointment details with the caller (date, time, location, and provider).
∎ Respond to patient inquiries and provide relevant information, ensuring a patient-focused approach.
∎ Make reminder calls and reschedule appointments as needed.
∎ Perform other duties as reasonably assigned by the supervisor or manager.
