Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The person will supervise over all construction of the project.
∎ Assist in preparing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
∎ Supervise site activities to ensure they align with engineering drawings and specifications.
∎ Conduct quality checks for materials and workmanship during construction.Compliance and Safety:
∎ Ensure adherence to construction codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
∎ Identify and mitigate risks associated with civil works. Documentation and Reporting:
∎ Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and workforce activities.
∎ Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management.Team Coordination:
∎ Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other departments to resolve issues.
∎ Manage on-site teams to ensure efficient workflow.Maintenance and Repairs:
∎ The Officer, Civil will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising civil engineering projects.
