Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and provide Delivery Challan before trucks leave and update ERP records to ensure proper documentation.
∎ Coordinate loading and unloading activities of fresh ceramics, and communicate with relevant departments about product shortages to maintain smooth operations.
∎ Assist in processing orders by coordinating with warehouse teams to pick, pack, and dispatch goods according to customer needs.
∎ Prepare invoices and gate passes, and organize product distribution to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly.
∎ Monitor warehouse stock levels and deliver goods using FIFO (First In, First Out) and LIFO (Last In, Last Out) methods to manage inventory effectively.
∎ Maintain accurate delivery and stock registers to manage inventory and vehicle movements.
∎ Assist in handling returns or defective products to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Follow up with drivers and dealers to ensure safe and timely delivery from the warehouse to the distribution point.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports such as the number of orders processed, deliveries made, inventory levels, fleet performance, and any issues related to returns or defective products, etc, and submit them to the supervisor.

The incumbents will report to the department head for their duties and responsibilities.
