∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Experience in regulatory affairs or quality assurance from any reputed Pharmaceutical Company will get preference.
∎ MS Word, Excel Proficiency
∎ Quick decision making capability
∎ Proactive, Smart, Honest, Sincere and positive attitude
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Basic pharmaceuticals related knowledge

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain all types of regulatory matters of the organization
∎ Develop strategies to ensure the organization’s activities comply with government regulations.
∎ Ensure submission of recipe, new product registration and registration renewal.
∎ Review and submit export related documents (NOC, GMP, Form-10, COPP, FSC) to Drug Administration Department and take necessary steps for approval.
∎ Submit the block list application and monitoring approval activities.
∎ Apply for price calculation and take necessary approval.
∎ Communicate with the Director General of Narcotics Control, Head Office and Regional Office for issuing import and export permission.
∎ Arrange regulatory permission for importing and use of controlled substances.
∎ Submit of drug testing product to DTL (Drug Testing Laboratory) & NCL and take necessary steps for approval
∎ Coordinate with operations departments regarding production design and development to ensure compliance with regulations.
∎ Develop and maintain professional relationships with regulatory bodies.
