Job Responsibilities:
∎ Admission Officer:
∎ Possess a sound knowledge of the admission processes.
∎ Maintain regular and effective communication with students, providing them with guidance and support throughout the admission process.
∎ Monitor and track the progress of students' admission applications, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
∎ Maintain accurate and updated records of student profiles, application materials, and correspondence.
∎
∎ For Front Desk Officer:
∎ Welcome Students, visitors and guests into the front office in a professional manner and maintain records related to Front Desk Operation.
∎ Receive incoming calls / Fax (overseas and local), and forward outgoing calls / Fax.
∎ Receive letters, messages, and documents and pass them to proper places/persons and keep records.
∎ Ensure that the front desk area is properly maintained, reflect the image of the organization.
∎ Timely dispatch of mail and delivery of received mail and couriers by maintaining registers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer proficiency in MS Office and good command over English are essential. The Incumbent is expected to efficiently handle multiple responsibilities and ensure that systems and processes meet service expectations and strategic goals for admissions, registrations and related activities. At least 2 years experiences with minimum 1 year experience in a similar position in Private University/reputed English Medium institution.
∎ Proven experience working in student admissions or a related field within the education sector.
∎ Experienced student admission & counseling with highly motivated and interpersonal skilled candidate will be givence preference.
∎ Excellent verbal and written Bangla and English communication skills.
∎ Working Experience in similar post will be added advantage.
Salary: Negotiable
